Brøkton is returning to Vindinista, but this time as a Saturday night supper club and advance booking is now open for both sittings on 21st April.
Danish-born sushi maven Silla Bjerrum and Brooklyn-bred Donna Freed have combined their passion for food and love of Acton (where they both live) to create Brøkton - which focuses on Japanese-style small plates.
Their first Acton pop-up of 2018 coincides with the launch of Silla's second book "Robata" which translates as ‘fireside cooking’, and is a Japanese style of grilling food, consisting of delicious skewered fish, shellfish, meat and vegetables.
Silla and Donna will be serving a menu based on recipes in the book and we'll be whipping up some Japanese-themed cocktails and wine specials.
