“Light moves across a landscape like the dancer moves through space; I am a painter of transient things” - David Cottingham
Ealing-based artist David Cottingham presents a stunning collection of new work at For Arts Sake this summer, inspired by his twin fascinations – the dancer in motion and the spirit of place.
David studied at Saint Martin's School of Art under Sir Anthony Caro, Phillip King RA and William Tucker. He has exhibited internationally including in Rome, Beirut, New York and Chicago.
On show is a selection of original mixed media drawings and abstract acrylic and oil paintings on canvas. The exhibition is hosted in For Arts Sake's intimate lower gallery, The Inside Space.
