Northala Fields

Northala Fields was opened in 2008 after four years of site work. Northala Fields was built using waste from the original Wembley Stadium and the White City shopping centre, turning materials into new habitats for wildlife and a range of recreational facilities.

Boston Manor Park

Originally farmland, this large park is home to the 17th century Boston Manor House, a pond, tennis courts, a basketball court, a playground and some beautiful ancient cedar trees.

It is made up of a combination of woodland and open space, with an area adjoining the Grand Union Canal.

Also home to the (locally) controversial Junction festival, which transforms the park into 'a unique industrial utopia' once a year.

Locally known as the 'Bunny Park', this large park is home to the newly renamed Hanwell Zoo, a maze, cafe and play area.

Brent Lodge Park is an urban countryside park, with extensive grassed areas and many trees along the riverside making it a good place to spot wildlife
