Flow Yoga

A fresh, new yoga class in Lammas Park. Suitable for all levels.

As the weather cools I'll be winding down my Wednesday Lammas Park class (the final one will be early October) and moving it indoors to the Tippitoes Centre in the heart of the park on Mondays, and to St Faiths Church Hall on Thursdays.

My classes are strong-flowing, energising and uplifting, drawing from a number of styles including Ashtanga and Vinyasa, connecting breath and movement in a meditative flow. Suitable for all levels, ages and abilities, these classes are fun and lighthearted and you'll immediately feel the benefits of a 360 degree workout.

I encourage a safe environment, with mindful attention to alignment, never pushing anyone beyond their limits. However, we WORK! And the friendly nature of the group enables my students to challenge themselves without judgement or competitiveness.

BYO mat or email to reserve one.
