Buggyfit provides a friendly way to get back to fitness and meet other new mums in the area. It’s a great start to getting active again, whether you’re a seasoned gym-goer or totally new to exercise classes.
Based in Walpole Park, the sessions are designed to give achievable goals, starting easy and building up each week while an audience of babies in their buggies look on. The sessions are run by Jo Martin who is a qualified Post Natal Instructor and brings you an effective, safe and specific one-hour workout with no childcare concerns. The only challenge is to avoid gossiping when you should be exercising!
