Tucked away in the backroads of West Acton, an unassuming industrial unit holds a hidden treasure… a huge 27,000 sq-ft trampoline park! This jumpers paradise has 150 connected trampolines and offers activities for all ages.
Starting with the littlest customers, Little O’s is the early morning session and welcomes 0-5 year olds (accompanied by their responsible adult) to wear themselves out while honing some inner gymnastic skills. The kids seem to enjoy this session too…
Or if you’re looking for the ultimate kids party venue, the Jump Zone can be hired out (a bit different to the trampoline parties we attended as children)! The party schedule allows the little treasures to battle it out on the dodgeball court, fly into the foam pit, practice on gymnastic trampolines and literally bounce off the walls.
If you’re an independent type, jumpers from 5 and over (that includes adults!) can explore the park during a Freejump session. Bounce from the trampolines in to the obstacle course, after slam dunking basketball hoops. Or try out some airborne moves on the runway with a soft landing into the huge airbag.
A more structured approach to visiting comes in the form of the Oxygen School of Trampolining. Things get serious in these sessions, where training is led by a British Gymnastics qualified instructor. Learn to tuck jump, straddle and pike while we keep our fingers crossed for the next Olympic gymnast to be discovered here.
Adrenaline seekers need look no further than the Foucan Freerunning Academy. This session invites jumpers from age 7 upwards to learn how to negotiate obstacles on circuits designed by the founder of freerunning (and star of Channel 4 documentary ‘Jump London’) Sébastien Foucan.
If all the above wasn’t enough exercise, there are also fitness classes which are so fun you won’t even know you’ve been burning calories!
Finally, if you’re more of a lover of solid ground, there’s a mezzanine level overlooking the main freejumping area. From here you can watch everyone else get sweaty, enjoy some food from the cafe and be sure the only thing that could leave you bouncing off the walls is the coffee.
