Fully qualified trainers bring their own specialisms to a range of classes, including Circuits, Body Blast, Boxing and Extreme! There are also pre and post-natal (buggy friendly) classes. Run by trainers who are fully versed in the body's specific demands during the journey into motherhood and beyond!

Buggyfit provides a friendly way to get back to fitness and meet other new mums in the area. It’s a great start to getting active again, whether you’re a seasoned gym-goer or totally new to exercise classes. Based in Walpole Park, the sessions are designed to give achievable goals, starting easy and building up each week while an audience of babies look on. The only challenge is to avoid gossiping while you should be exercising!
